1 Pkg white or yellow cake mix
made up according to directions and divided
into 2 - 8 x 13 cake pans. It will take less time
to bake (approximately 15 minutes) Cool.
Filling for one cake:
1 pkg cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip/ I use ½ of 8 oz cool whip container
Mix cream cheese and sugar w/mixer to make
sure there aren't any lumps, fold in the cool whip.
You can double filing if desired.
Spread evenly on cooled cake.
Mix 2 sm pkgs of instant lemon pudding with 3
cups of milk. Pour on top of filing. Chill
Top with cool whip. Enjoy
