Aloha Chicken and Pineapple Dipping Sauce

This recipe makes 2 servings, but can be doubled (and tripled) easily

1/2 of an 8 oz. can of crushed pineapple with juice
4 1/2 tsp honey
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
salt and pepper to taste

1. Wisk the pineapple and juice with the honey until well combined.
2. Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper and place in a plastic bag.  Cover with 2/3 of the pineapple mixture and refridgereate at least 1 hour.
*3. Place chicken on baking pan lines with foil, and broil on middle rack for 6-8 min per side., or until cooked through.
*NOTE: you can also place chicken on a tinfoile lined bbq grill. It may be easier to cut the chicken in strips if using a grill.

For dipping sauce:
While chicken is broiling, put remaining pineapple/honey mixture in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened
