Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls

This is a recipe that Jessica wanted me to share with everyone. Since she doesn't have the internet right now I am going to post it for her.


1 Yellow or White Cake Mix
2 Pkg Yeast
1 tsp Salt
2 C. Flour
3 C. Flour
Butter
Cinnamon
Sugar

Combine cake mix, yeast, salt and 2 c. flour. Mix together well. Add 2 1/4 C. hot water, mix well.
Add the additional 3 C. Flour and knead until well mixed. Let dough rise until it has doubled in size. Push down and roll out to a rectangle. Combine butter, cinnamon and sugar in seperate bowl. Sprinkle over the dough. Roll the dough and cut into 1 1/2 inch slices and place on baking sheet. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
